Ceramic Coating FAQ
How long does ceramic coating last?
Our professional-grade coatings last between 3 to 9 years depending on the package selected and how well the vehicle is maintained with regular Legacy washing.
Does it protect against rock chips?
Ceramic coating provides chemical and UV protection but is not designed to stop rock chips. For physical impact protection, we recommend our Paint Protection Film (PPF) layer.
Can I still wash my car normally?
Yes, but we strongly advise against automatic brush washes. Hand washing with pH-neutral soap is best to maintain the hydrophobic properties and mirror finish of the coating.
Is paint correction required before coating?
To ensure perfect bonding and maximum gloss, we always perform at least a single-stage paint correction to remove swirls and surface defects before applying any ceramic coating.
